To service you better
Deposits are required to secure your appointment.Each individual is required to pay $50 deposit for their appointment.It is applied towards the total cost of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provided a deposit will result in appointment loss.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late , the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at our discretion.
Please factor in traffic and parking in order to be on time.
Please arrive completely eye makeup free.
We accept Visa, MasterCard,Debit. Cash is accepted in person. No Cheques are accepted.
We will not perform refills on other artists work. This compromises the integrity of the work of the studio.Please issue a removal will take place when scheduling your appointment.
Please be advised that clients with less than 40% retention will be charged for a fullest.
We understand that life happens!We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment so that we may cater to clients who are on a wait list.the policy is strictly enforced should you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit is non- refundable and you may be requested to pre pay for your entire appointment upon your next booking.
